This hotel is fine. All previous reviews (both positive and negative) are correct. The truth is it is average. Tired in parts, but presently in the process of being updated. Ana (staff) was professionally distant with us. Card machine didn't work for payments so had to use cashpoint.
There are cockroaches, but apparently they are to be expected all over...

We stayed for 10 nights at the Neptuno Hotel.We were late arriving at 6.45,we understood that the Hotel has no reception after 6pm at weekends but Hannah the recetionist stayed back for us . Stayed here as wanted an apartment with a balcony with afternoon/ evening sun and sea views in Costa Teguise.
We were lucky enough to stay in a newly refurbished apartment- they were underway with doing others whilst we were staying there.
