We stayed here twice in 2011. The food was good, the staff, in the main, were friendly, however the peak times in the restaurant can be a bit frantic and difficult to get the waiters' attention, particularly if you are staying all inclusive. We stayed in the bungalows which is the main reason we returned as they are very spacious,... More

Read Review from Leicester chap, but being a Loughborough lad, I had an education, so German was no problem. The hotel was well suited to my disabled wife - wheelchair access would not be a problem. Adapted room was excellent and clean. Restaurant was good, but given that the hotel manager was Dutch, I was suprised there were no chocolate... More

If you are looking for a little quiet hotel located close to restaurants, night clubs and stores, you will be disappointed. But if you are looking for an AI resort that can serve as a base for your Fuerteventura beach vacation, this hotel may be a good choice - at least if you do not mind that practically all the... More

Reception staff very effecient but need to smile a little! Stayed in room block 8 at this hotel which was very clean but very noisy plumbing from other rooms, the food in the evening was poor, selection and quality not good, the breakfast much better. The spanish staff in the communal areas very friendly. The bed was very comfortable, pillows... More

We've just returned from 3 weeks stay at this hotel and we are are satisfied with it. OK, it may not look fantastic from the outside, but it has been recently renovated, it is clean, the room service is excellent, the food is excellent, the entertainment program they have is decent. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideal... More

I looked at the previous reviews on tripadvisor and i should have listened, firstly we arrived late and first impressions of what is supposed to be a 4 star hotel were not impressive. It looked more a 3 star or a youth hostel particularly the very long corridors. I was keen to use my spanish but the reception staff answered... More

This a German-run hotel, and although you're in Spain, some of the staff don;t speak Spanish which was a problem, and a source of some amusement, for my (Spanish) husband. They speak German and English, however. The food (buffet) is excellent (great croissants, jam, grilled fish), the restaurant extremely well-managed, the rooms spotless, the staff delightful and really keen to... More

First off: we normally don't do packages and all we wanted was a week of sunshine and relaxation so our travel agent found this for us (during Christmas when eveything else was booked out). The hotel is German run and caters to 95% Germans which I guess can be convenient if you only speak German (e.g. animation, child entertainment which... More
