We stayed at The Halford for the first time on Saturday night - the suite on the top floor was huge and there's nothing we can fault with the hotel it was fantastic all round! Dinner in the restaurant was perfect as was the breakfast the next morning. Excellent service throughout the weekend - completely recommended!

We chanced upon the Halford whilst journeying to Hereford as we were in desperate need of lunch. Our baguettes were very tasty with a generous amount of filling. The service was swift and efficient. The only downside is the very small loos as its hard to shut the door because they're so small.

Slightly off the beaten track but what a find! Excellent surroundings, good food and beautiful room, well suite actually, but mind your head as you would expect low slung beams and doorways. Lovely courtyard to rear through the cobbled entrance.
