Have read so many good reviews about this hotel,I booked with high expectation. The room is clean,shuttle bus is convenient. But can't see it as a four star. only two bath towels,that's it! Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone doing a stop over in Milan. We had a free shuttle to and from the airport which picked us up within 10 minutes of calling the hotel.
