Stayed in a two bedroom apartment overlooking the pool (as most of the rooms do) and backing onto the Currumbin wildlife park. The blinds were broken and kept falling down and there was paint in the cubboard but other then that it was a really nice place to stay, been close to the airport there would be planes flying over... more

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment for one night and then a three bedroom apartment for five nights. The managers were very accomodating when we decided to arrive two nights early, hence the two bedroom for the first night. The apartments were very clean, well stocked with good furniture and cooking utensils and were spacious. THe washing machine and... more

We are a family of five with three children aged 13,11,& 9. We chose this place mainly because it was close to the beach and close to my sister and family who live in the area . We were really pleased with the location of this place. We could walk to the beach and have a swim then come back... more

I am not sure I could call the apartment that I rented deluxe!! As soon as we entered my daughter went into her room and said she wanted me to get the cobweb down. I know we are in the tropics and these things are to be expected but the cobweb was as big as my hand so I do... more

I really love this place. The apartments are circled around a natural-styled large pool mimicking a beach, and a spa, and masses of palm trees. Everything is so easy: parking, crossing the road to a magnificent beach, nearby shops. And beautiful: birdlife, stunning coast, lush flora... Go kayaking up the local rivers, and get that epiphany moment spotting an eagle... more

Our stay at Sanctuary Lake Apartments was most enjoyable, the kids were entertained for hours by the pool. It's location made for ease of access to Currumbin 3 doors down and the worlds(less then a half hour drive away) made it the perfect spot for our family to stay. The room itself was very cumfortable and tidy, providing everything we... more

Sanctuary Lake Apartments are in a wonderful location, and waking up to the bird song from the wildlife park wasPARADISE. 3 pools, well equipped apartments and comfortable beds. We have just returned from a three night stay at Sanctuary Lake Apartments and would strongly recommend it as a place to stay on the Coast, particularly for families with young children. Our two bedroom apartment was well appointed and clean and backed onto Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. It was lovely to hear lots of birds and our little boy was... more

These apartments were lovely, and would be perfect for a family, or for a couple. We stayed with our 3 children, and we had two rooms, plus a bathroom and ensuite. There was plenty of room for all of us, and the washing machine and dryer were convenient as we stayed for 6 days. We had a slight problem with... more
