The Borsalino studios, just off the main street in Nidri, are located in a central area, convenient for the bustling main thoroughfare of Nidri.

The studio we stayed in (self-catering) was basic, clean and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the beautifully kept garden. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the reception, with its information folder and selection of books, was a real unexpected bonus. It is a really good base to explore the local attractions, and great place to enjoy a cold Alfa in the evening, relaxing on the balcony overlooking the gardens. I would recommend bringing a travel kettle, though, as the only way of heating water is with a pan - a bit of a faff.

Lefkas was fab - the food was the best we have had in Greece so far - we always stick to local food when travelling, and were spoiled rotten. By far the best was the Symposium taverna, on the harbour front near the ferry terminal.
