Although the resort is well maintained, well kept, do not assume the units are equally the same. *** Units are individually owned *** . Our unit showed signs that it was hardly cleaned. The edges around the bedroom has layers of dust and dirt. Even found some rubbish under the couches ! I will not trust the dishes and cutleries...

We set high standards of cleanliness and do regular spot checks to ensure this. This room clearly didn't conform and we regret that we weren't informed as immediate action would have been taken. I am surprised about the sugar sachets being stale as we order new stock on a monthly basis.
