I have stayed in a lot of apartments around Australia , we booked through a company that took reservations on behalf of owners(Gold Coast Rental Properties) there was absolutely no flexibility when we wanted to stay 1 less night even though we gave them 2 months notice, we were met at 7.00 at night on the street handed the keys... more
