Got to agree with Hoppers1964... Entrance is a bit unnerving as there is no reception on the floor with the boot room. Staff friendly, food good, restaurant excellent, breakfast filling. Downstairs bar is cool 'urban' and generally busy. The rooms are basic - and a little disappointing. Some simple/easy changes would make a huge difference - matching handles on furniture... More
