I needed a place to stay for a night and a friend recommended this hotel. I did not use most of their services (spa, wi-fi or breakfast) so I have no opinion on those. Our stay in Hotel Razlog around Christmas and New Year was partly for business and partly leisure. At arrival, our apartments were cold due to some problems with the heating system, but a couple of electrical radiators compensated for that problem.
