Friendly, helpful and accommodating hosts, very clean room with comfortable bed and good shower. Freshly cooked breakfast was also also great (even though the poached egg was overdone!). Would definately stay again if I return to that part of the country. More

A wonderful welcome, the room and lounge were very comfortable, and the breakfast choice and quality was excellent. Roger and Frances are excellent hosts, the surrounding area has some great views. Beautiful b&b in a rural location within easy access of various coastal towns including Southwold. A very warm welcome from Frances and Roger to their lovely converted chapel near Halesworth. Very comfortable accommodation and excellent breakfast. Plenty of pubs and resatuarants nearby for evening meals etc. More

A very friendly welcome with tea coffee and excellant home made cake. Nothing seems too much trouble and the place is spotless. The room was not enormous but perfectly adequate with a very comfortable king size bed (penny room) and tea tray with home made biscuits.
