Me and my partner travelled to oakwood lodges with 2 other people on the 21st April 2012 for 3 nights and had a fantastic time. The lodges are very modern with cream walls and purple theme throughout the lodge, the kitchen had all amenities that you need and even gave you washing tablets for the dishwasher and kitchen towels to... An absolutely wonderful experience. We stayed at the "Acorn" lodge. The brochure does not do it justice! Lovely, luxurious, peaceful and relaxing. The lodge itself was spotless, and just what we wanted - a relaxing 3 nights away. Also, there was some handy take-away delivery menus - I recommend "Mings" Chinese... ;-) More

On arriving at the Oakwood Lodges we found that they had built around 10 lodges in the middle of a farmers field. The reception area was a tiny hut and the view to be honest wasnt much at all. The lodges from the outside looked nice and the hot tub was clean. Inside the lodges were modern but the walls... More

Jus returned from a weekend stay in oakwood lodges, we stayed in the oakwood lodge which i believe to be their silver. What a lovely spacious lodge, open plan living dining and kitchen, with high ceilings and good quality fixtures and fittings it was better than home from home. Dishwasher, oven, breakfast bar and plenty of cupboard space (in bedroom... More

Just returned from a 4 day break at oakwood lodge, ceder lodge number 15, very relaxing and quiet, nice layout inside and very warm and cosy, working fire also which was an added touch. The bedroom is very glamourous through the double doors and the double steam shower was gorgeous. but the high point was the hot tub which was... More

We just visited Oakwood Lodges from 6th to 10th Feb and stayed in lodge number 15, which is a cedar lodge. If you want to 'get away from it all' and are not bothered about location then these lodges are perfect, romantic, relaxing break. We did drive out one day to nearby designer outlet just for a little run out... More

My fiance booked us here for a 3 day weekend to celebrate my 40th birthday. We got lucky with the weather as we never saw a bit of rain, but had it rained it wouldn't have spoiled the break. The lodges are top specification buildings, with everything kept in tip top condition. The hot tub was just the icing on... More

Had an amazing relaxing few days at Oakwood Park, it has to have been the most tranquil holidays we've had. The location was just what we were looking for - open fields yes there is a chicken shed but we were in the countryside after all!!! It was lovely to watch the farmers ploughing their fields encapsulating country life. The... More
