Very clean B&B, loads of breakfast, good safe parking and great location for the Cleveland coastal path. Nice room if a little dark and felt it wasnt really big enough for the four poster, could not see TV past the posts if sitting in bed. Lovely new bathroom. More

Owner was very cold with us, never really spoke and made us a bit unwilling to speak to her and din't exactly make us feel welcome. Rooms comfortable, but noisy. Shower not very hot and not very fast. Breakfast, could not be faulted. Views from the house were spectacular. More
