Can't say enough-- simply sublime. We rented Shipwreck #2, had the property and entire beach and area to ourselves for 3 days and nights. We booked the whole resort for 4 days on March 2012. The place is beautiful, and it finds the perfect balance between the rustic, untouched nature feel of the grounds with the very comfortable but not overly luxurious rooms. All I can say is this place is P-E-R-F-E-C-T!! If you are up for exploring, meeting the locals, eating great food and ....interesting drinks - this is the place for you. We were looking for a holiday away from it all and we found it on Salt Cay. The island is unique and authentic with a spare beauty. The little house "Castaway" was just perfect. We were on Provo and decided last minute to go to Salt Cay. We were lucky that Haidee had a room available for the night at Castaways. It was a very nice unit on the north beach. We rented a golf cart and explored the island during our short time there, enough to know we want to go back for... More

Castaway-Salt Cay is the only property on Salt Cay's North Beach. Haidee and Porter are fantastic hosts and handled all of my travel arrangements to Salt Cay. Don't miss Porter's Island Thyme Bistro when you visit! The Aqua Adventures with Crystal Seas Adventures are the finest on Salt Cay! More
