They hotel was ok as well as the staff. We did find the shuttle bus into Rome city quite handy. If you are interseted in sightseeing Rome, beware of the tour organising group located in the hotel. We stayed in the executive floor- which was nice b/c of the lounge. Our room was nice and clean. Service was not a priority in the lounge area or at reception.
