I stayed here one night and I really enjoyed my stay. Excellent beds as always in Hilton, nice hotel and incredible good lunch and breakfast. The room was big enough, maybe the bathroom need some adjustment. Another thing I want to mention is the incredible kindness and customer orientation of the staff. I was happily amazed by the service. Congratulations.

Picture this, we arrived at midnight at the hotel due to a delayed flight. When we wanted to check in we were told that we need to present the reservation number, because she couldnt find us in the computer system despite the fact that we are for several years HHonors members... The other wise nice receptionist didn't offer any alternative....

The staff was friendly enough, and it is convenient for a quick overnight stay if you need to be close to the airport. The room was relatively clean but small. Food was just ok. Has a free shuttle to the airport, which is a plus.

The first trick (and possibly the worst thing abiout the hotel) is actually trying to find it when you land at the airport. After waiting the usual hour for bags to come off the plan (why does it take soooo long in Rome?), its a bit of a hike for an airport hotel over the bridges etc to get there....
