This was one of the nicer budget hotels visited whilst going through Holland/Belgium/France.

Room was clean and airy, and very good value for the price - about the equivalent of a reasonable class business hotel in the Uk. Parking was secure, in a locked compound at the rear of the hotel. The adjoining restaurant provided good food also. We were made very welcome.

The town surprised me: it's an old walled town with interesting architecture and a good shopping centre. The hotel is situated about 300m outside one of the entrances to the walled part of the town, so the centre is easily accessible on foot.

Probably will never return to Hulst, but happy to have been and to have stayed here. It was excellent value for money.
