If you are looking for a star restaurant experience for a decent price you should visit De Swarte Ruijter. The food is fantastic and the service too. They also have nice cabin style rooms in the forrest. You can combine your stay with hiking or other outdoor activtities. More

We stayed the night with our son and daughter-in-law for a Gastronomical arrangement. Very friendly and competent staff, excellent food. Restaurant was a bit noisy, (no sound absorbing features). Oxygen level went too low during the evening, needs better ventilation. In summertime it must be really fantastic! And we were trapped by a joggers weekend who closed off all access... More

We have already been to the Swarte Ruijter a few times, in the beginning without kids, now with three small kids. We have always enjoyed our stay, the price/quality is perfect and the food excellent.
