We have just returned from our fourth trip to Mas Nou Hapimag Resort in the Costa Brava. The weather was fabulous which helps but we were well looked after as usual. There are not that many Brits when we go on our Hapimag holidays but the reception staff here were more than helpful. The accommodation is always clean and tidy and you have everything you need for a family. There is a small supermarket on site which is a little bit more expensive than the norm but useful nevertheless. You must have a car here as you would never be able to walk up and down to Playa D'Aro all the time. The resort is approx 2 miles up the side of a mountain and when you do reach the top it makes you wonder how it ever got there! The town of Playa D'Aro is also good with plenty of places to eat and parks for the children to play in. I would recommed travelling to Marineland near Blanes which is a great day out for the family and the beach of Llafranc near Palafrugel not too far away which is also kids... more
