This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Air conditioning did not work from Day 1. Staff were incredibly incompetent and not interested in customers. Rooms are dingy and dark. Minibar was emptied during our stay for no reason and remained that way for the week. Chambermaid forgot to leave soap, shampoo & shower gel... More
