We were fortunate to be upgraded to a lovely, spacious room on the first floor that had a small balcony with a table and chairs. Outdoor pool is beautiful but some traffic noise from road nearby. Outstanding propery from rooms to banquet facilities to lobby/sitting room capablility. It reflects personal touch of owners (family owned for 2 generations) and an excellent recommendation for Relais and Chateaux properties. Rooms were very comfortable and large by European standards. Dinners were a highlight - the chef team is very imaginative and presents product in a tempting and appetizing manner.

A luxurious hotel surrounded by wonderful hiking and sporting opportunities. Beautiful rooms with incredible views. Great food and attentive staff. The reconstructef castel is a marvel. A pleasure all around!
