We booked a sea view room but it was more car park, with a look to the right to see the sea. Just back from a week's lovely holiday. This is a really great hotel, I can't believe that some people can moan about it. We have been to Playa Blanca before and this is the best by far. It's not cheap but why do people expect 5* hotels will be? The drinks were pretty reasonable, 11 euro compared to 8 euro... more

The Princess Yaiza is a perfect hotel. Rooms are excellent, good size, nice deco and great views. Restaurants fantastic, a little pricey. Pool areas set in nice surroundings, could be cleaner, but are nice. This year they decided to build a second hot tub because they couldn't stop kids jumping into the 1st. We have just returned from the Princess Yaiza having spent 2 weeks staying at the hotel with our 2 daughters aged 12 and 9. We had a fantastic holiday. From the moment we walked into the Princesa Yaiza the hotel felt really good - larger than I expected but very nice in every way. A little bit expensive but this hotel is value for money. Very good decorated, good rooms, nice balcony, several restaurants, aceptable pools, some amenities and close to everything. The staff is kind and not intrusive. Just an off: the internet access is restricted and overpriced. Anyway, recommended. more
