First impressions were not good I'm afraid... we waited at the front desk for more than 20minutes to check in. Lack of staff & quite a long check in process. ( No concierge if you're expecting help with luggage). When checking in make sure to request a sea-view or even better ring the hotel in advance. We didn't & ended... more
