booked with Thomas cook, specifically booked and paid for hotel with air con and balcony... promised this by Thomas cook. Got there room had neither, woman on reception hardly there and is the most unhelpful, cheeky, useless person I have met. Our fans were broken and had to argue for a replacement fan for 2 days. Even then the room... More

The only reason I can think of for there being only 3 reviews is that there have only been 4 groups of people (us included) stupid enough to stay here! My friend and I have both worked seasons abroad and stayed in pretty rank appts while we were working. This beat all of them. We spent one night here before... More

“War Zone.Full of Larger louts.Beware”

Wanted to leave on the first night .It is very noisy with clubs and bars directly below. Guests were animals.Fights, people trying doorhandles etc, I could go on but it was basically the worst place I have ever stayed More
