My husband and I stayed here for two nights with our 13 year old daughter to be able to visit the beautiful 'Serra da Estrela' mountain region. Service was adequate although on the second morning I think the hotel was full and the breakfast staff had a hard time keeping the breakfast buffet replenished. Check out was stressful as several...
