As other eviewers have said, this is a very basic, dated, tired apartment block in need of a major refurbishment. Points in its favour are the size of the apartments - livingroom/kitchen, bedroom, balcony are all huge; friendly staff and excellent location a couple of minutes walk from the beaches at Praia da Rocha and Tres Castelos (really atmospheric beach).... Stayed here first 10 days in Sept and cant fault it at all, the apartments are really spacious, seperate bed/bath and living room/kitchen with sofa bed in, balcony good size, yes it was basic and a little dated but when u are self catering what more do u want coz u spend most of your time out in the resort... Clube Arcos is no five star hotel. But we didn't pay for one. The location is absolutely perfect and for the price, you could not find better. Yes the rooms are dated. Yes the kitchen isn't that well equipped. But I paid less than €100 for six nights in the off season so you won't hear a word of complaint... More
