Chose this accommodation because it was near Gokarna (Rs150 rickshaw ride away) and right next to Om Beach. Fabulous location with chalet-type rooms built into the hillside leading down to Om Beach. The entire rating goes to the location of the place. Rooms are ok and who would want to spend time inside when you have such a gorgeous set of beaches all around.. Disgusting, bad food, bad and neglectful service, noisy/drunk young crowd on weekends, too many screaming babies during the week, cow feces all over beach. Namaste does not promise the best of anything. It is an average shack, the best of the worst at Gokarna. The number of shacks by the beach are very few and namaste cafe is one of them. one thing to look forward to is the chilled beer served at their restaurant and music in the evening.
