Eddie runs a truly fabulous guest house. The rooms are immaculate - spotlessly clean, tidy, comfortable. The food is better than you will find in many 5 star restaurants. The welcome is warm and the local information extremely useful. I can not recommend 69 highly enough. More

Definately worth staying here if you are visiting Burntisland or indeed Fife and wider area. Owner was very helpful and breakfast was whatever you wanted it to be with fresh fruit and even genuine Canadian Maple syrup if you want it. More

Only stayed here for one night but but my party were most impressed by all aspects of this B & B. The house is immaculate and the attention to detail is second to none. The hospitality was first class and the owners made us all very welcome. The red room is especially impressive ! Overall a class act. More

Our stay with Eddie was one of the most memorable of our trip through England/Scotland. From the moment we stepped in we were made to feel welcome. The rooms have been recently refurbished and a lot of attention has gone into the details to make sure that guests are comfortable. The Red Room was airy, with a pretty bay window... More
