We spent 2 nights at the Heacham Manor in May. Whilst we had beautiful weather, which helps, we found the hotel smaller and therefore had a warm friendly feeling. The room enjoyed views over the golf course and was of good quality. We ate in the restaurant both nights and the food and service was very good. All staff were... More

This is our second visit made to this hotel. We booked the same room as last time (Room 8) and was very disappointed to find that there was a continuous loud humming noise penetrating through to the bedroom. When enquiring if this noise could be stopped especially at night we were informed that this was due to a new walk-in... More

We were expecting something a little more special than normal for a £164 per night deluxe double. We got a pretty building in a nice location a short drive from the coast. The room was large with dark old style furniture and a decent modern bathroom. The only luxury we could find was a tea tray with water and biscuits,... More

On arrival the house is very pretty. We enjoyed a warm welcome by reception. We had booked de luxe rooms, which were both of good standard, nicely furnished & decorated (rooms 6 & 11). We ate in the restaurant, in the conservatory on both nights where our party of three enjoyed our meals. Breakfast was also good. An ideal base... More

The Manor hotel is in beautiful grounds with the golf course to the rear. From the outside the building does look magnificent. However, we found on our three night stay in a superior room, which overlooked the conservatory and the golf course, that the room was quite small dark and oppressive. Although warm, comfortable and clean the decor was quite... More

A good place for a one night stay or longer to explore the North Norfolk coast. Excellent location for a touring base, walking holiday or golf. Staff friendly and willing to help. Rooms clean and comfortable. Food of a very high standard.

We stayed for one night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a warm welcome on arrival and went to our room which overlooked the golf course. The room was a superior room and was very comfortable. Lovely homemade biscuits were on the hospitality tray. We had an evening meal in the conservatory restaurant. My husband had the starter of... More

Stayed there 4-7 April with a large group. We had a wonderful time. I cannot understand gripes regarding the food. We were over 30 in number and were unanimous in our praise for the food and the service. It is a real tribute to the hotel that we were all served promptly and efficiently by cheerful, helpful staff. The food... More

What a wonderful dining experience. From the moment we walked into the reception we were greeted with friendly professional staff, who showed us into the bar, service from the bar staff was very efficient. After leaving us for 10 minutes with the wonderfully varied menu the very pleasant waitress came to take our order. Having been shown to our table... More
