I ended up having to stay here because all of the other hotels in Santillana del Mar were booked. If you have a car, it's only about a 10 minute drive to Santillana and the Altamira Caves so it's not too bad. Otherwise, the location is nothing special. It's right off of the major highway and next to a gas station so it's convenient for anyone who needs to stop and rest and then keep moving. I wouldn't go here for the pool- it's small and surrounded by a fence right next to the parking lot. The staff was extremely friendly and even let me switch rooms because the internet connection was weak at first, so they moved me closer to the router in the reception area (so if you must have internet, make sure you reserve a room closer to the router). It was also nicely decorated and very clean. more
