We stayed here over a year ago and have been meaning to write a review since the day we got back. We had a wonderful time here, the apartment we had (La Capriata, one of four on site) was huge, well fitted out with anything you could need and very comfortable. Breakfast was available every morning in one of the common areas and the selection of homemade treats and cakes was unbelievable. The pool area is fabulous and has a great view of the Tuscan hills. It's a probably a bit too far to walk into town but taxis are available (some advance booking needed) if you want to have a few drinks with dinner in the evening. Francesco (who runs the place) made our stay, he helped us to plan our local sightseeing and gave us good restaurant recommendations; overall he was fantastically helpful and available without being overbearing. We're looking forward to going back some day. more
