Excellent accommodations. Quiet, relaxing, lazy days. Great local restaurants and gelato. Hotel is located on top of a hill that can only be reached by a road with hairpin turns (you're in Italy, what else is new!). Easy drive to Signa train station for days trips to Florence etc. More

Really nice environment, with hamlet very high up so scenery is beautiful. However, locals in hamlet not very friendly (we were shouted at for following Thomson’s advice on rubbish disposal) and there was nothing to do in the actual resort so a car is a must. The setting of Artimino is beautiful with views of the countryside in all directions. The apartmnets have been converted from old buildings etc to a high standard.
