We book through Neckermann/Thomas Cook. The restaurant was fine and buffet food quite varied for the mass catering they were doing, staff in resturant friendly, pools OK, but the room was a HUGE disappointment and nothing like the brochure pictures. Stalis is very bussy place in Crete and Cactus is a very noisy Hotel. If you prefer quietlocation and quiet Hotel never chose Cactus beach !
