Nice hotel in the middle of nowhere. Absolute quiet and relaxed vacation in a very nice environment. Nice, well taken care off park around the hotel, a truly nice experience. Went there for 2 days on a little spring-vacation as a couple (in order to spend some time together without our much-loved children). The booking was made through internet site and we received a very kind and informative confirmation the following morning. No fringles ! Just very good ingredients, served in the best possible way. Really tasty ! Try the wine, made from grapes in the adjacent vineyard ! The red wine is superb. The with one misses some 'body'. More

We had our Christmas Eve here, dinner was a set special menu, good enough, but quite expensive (125. euros, included the wines and coffee, per person), castle dining room decor, for our dining room, (one of five or six different original reception rooms now used for the restaurant) was newly gilt and painted, but not quite up to castle standards,...
