What a refreshing change to experience first-rate customer service in Spain! From the welcome drink in the beautiful lounge to the last morning's breakfast served on that stunning terrace overlooking Gibraltar, we felt like royalty. Admittedly, we were the only guests in the hotel for the two nights we stayed! and had the pool and terraces to ourselves, but even had the hotel been full I expect the experience would have been the same. The cuisine is the best we've tasted in Spain - think basil ice-cream (mouthwatering) and you get the picture. You pay for what you get here but in comparison to the standard spanish fare it is a world away in quality, not expensive and worth every tasty penny - breakfast also. I would recommend room Morisot next to the pool - kingsize bed, soft sleek cotton sheets, fluffy robes and towels - just superb. The web-site pictures do not do this hotel the justice it deserves.We will certainly be booking again.
