“A great start to our Italian Vacation.”

We have just returned from a six week vacation in Italy which started with almost a week at Agriturismo Villani, and we could not ask for more. Gorgeous location up in the heels surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. The owners are lovely and very kind and always willing to help and recommend about places to visit. Beautiful home, delicious breakfast, wonderful rooms. View of Florence and romantic Tuscan countryside. From Lastra it is to Florence only 14 minutes by train.

A car is needed to reach this out of the way B&B. It is a lovely, large Italian farmhouse located in the hills above Lastra a Signa. It was popular with Italian holiday makers during our stay in August 2010. The hosts are very friendly and helpful they also run a orchard and vineyard.
