This hotel was booked by my tour group and I have very few complaints. The villa was a stand alone structure so that noise was not an issue. The bed however was a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was very good and included eggs, cold meats, cheeses, buns, yogurt, breakfast cereal, fruit and a variety of pastries. No complains about dinner either.... More

I will start with the Good things about the hotel.. Wonderful view from my room, big rooms with a big terrace.. Swimming pool.. And that's about it! The location is in the middle of nowere, the small road that takes to the hotel is dirty and full of dogs.. The rooms are big but very basic, certainly not a 4... More

A pleasant looking hotel until you delve below the surface. The rooms are large and tiled but equipped with poor flat pack furniture and uncomfortable lumpy beds. The bathrooms are large with high pressure from the shower. There is no insulation between the rooms or ceilings so if a woman wearing high heels comes in at 2am the whole block... More

Luckily we we're only staying for one night before our flight home, if I had booked for longer I fear I would have either popped a couple of bricks in my pockets and leapt in to the dirty, green swimming pool or walked out on to the road outside carrying a piece of meat to get savaged to death by... The hotel is really wonderful, and the only reason that I have given four instead of five stars is because the pool was shut at the end of March and Cinisi itself is a little disappointing. The hotel staff are without doubt its biggest asset: The reception staff and waiters are fantastic and so helpful. The food is excellent and... More

My partner and I went with our parents on holiday for my mother-in-law's birthday. The hotel Magaggiari is a four star hotel that more than met our needs. We flew from Stansted which luckily lands in Palermo so we only had about half an hour to go to then get to the hotel. The girl on reception met us with... More

Super experience - seven nights at the end of October 2011 - thanks go particularly to the excellent waiting staff, kitchen and domestic services. The evening meals were delightful and the waiting service was very attentive and engaging. The hotel itself has very good rooms, a beautiful pool area and is about 15 minutes from public transport. Cinisi as a... More

We stayed at this hotel in October 2011. To be fair, the hotel looks good in the photographs on it's website and the rooms are clean and fairly spacious. We had a room overlooking the pool (although we did not pay any extra for this) but others had rooms overlooking the road and dirty surrounding wasteland. The hotel is pretty... More

Stayed here end of sept through a deal on travelzoo. Negative things first!! I like a quiet holiday but there really is absolutely nothing to do here. The hotel appears to mainly cater for airline staff on stopovers. There isnt a proper bar area, its just a very small bar without tables or chairs and is a through corridor for... More

we found the grounds and pool very pretty, olive trees, lemon trees, cacti etc, but too small.there was nowhere to go, nearest shops were 20minutes away uphill, and we got caught out by siesta closing-times breakfast and evening meals were very good, though they did sometimes forget the veg.(a large coach party arrived mid-week, but luckily they did not eat...
