I have stayed about 20 times over the past 10 years, basically everytime I need to visit the Cologne and surrounding area on business. There is always a friendly welcome, the rooms are spacious and very clean, and the food in the restaurant is excellent (and large portions!). I´m back tonight from a 2 days holiday in this "gasthof"/hotel. I can define my staying there quite perfect even if the location it´s really terrible. I advise this place to each one who would like to have a german characteristic holiday.
