If I'd have to pay 100+ EUR/night for staying at 'Freischutz' hotel, I'd definitely think twice (if not several times) before.
But for a ~50 - 60, that's a no-brainer.
Clean (carpets might fancy a renewal or at least a thorough swipe, though), friendly, WiFi, free parking (with enough parking lots not to worry you'll have to search for another...

We stayed at the hotel Freischütz for one night over the weekend. The price was 150 Euro (probably because there was a fair in Köln during that weekend). What we got for this money was not too much the rooms are very simple (no big mirrorw, no water cooker, no safe etc) However the personel is very nice and helps...
