The hotel was escellency staffed and cleaned. The staff were helpful and friendly and all in all because of the hotel we had a fantastic holiday and agreat Christmas. The only disappointment was on Christmas Day we were not given a traditional English lunch but there again you can't expect that in Germany can you? More
