I had to make a business visit nearby with a small group of business relations and booked my 5 rooms via e-mail without any problem. I arrived quite late and although I had advised a late arrival, I must admit that 23.30 was later then 22.00 as advised. I was though disappointed that the gentleman that waited for us clearly...
