“cheap accomodation , diffcult to check in”

was there during octoberfest period. was one of the cheaper hotel i could find. situated in residential districts. there is no lift in this hotel and has LIMITED RECEPTION HOURS which i was not aware of earlier! if i got it correct, recept only opens morning to 12 and late afternoon. was there in the afternoon and was stuck with... Stopped at this hotel twice before when it was Hotel Maria when visiting the Oktoberfest. Since changing hands and name the hotel has had a make over and is really nice. Excellent reception/breakfast area and the breakfast is fantastic will great choice. Staff very helpful and friendly and the rooms are comfortable. The whole place is spotless, will visit again... Stayed at Landhaus Maria during Oktoberfest,3rd October 2008 it was in Feldkirchen 30 mins tube ride from hotel to festival ground,tube station at end of the road. Nice staff made to feel welcome although none of us spoke the same language. All you can eat breakfast,clean rooms. Would definately book there again if in Munich. More
