We chose this hotel after research indicated that some rooms were recently renovated in trendy style. We took a suite, with a quality sleep-sofa for the children (8 and 6 yrs). This was our second trip to Belgium (we'd visited Bruges New Year 2003 - great food and sightseeing). We chose Grand Hotel Belle Vue as tripadvisor had listed it as the no. 1 hotel in De Haan. We arrived late on a December's evening to a warm welcome by the proprietor. Our room had been recently renovated and was very comfortable with a fantastic shower! Fresh fruit was a nice touch.
