The Weissensee during the month of September is like a fairytale!

Most of the time the weather is perfect and nature is colourful. My sister and me came along to find a hotel along the coast of the Weissensee. We first tried to book rooms in Hotel Enzian, a nice hotel in the little village of Neusach, but they were fully booked for the rest of that week. Well, we entered their neighbours, Hotel Fergius and booked two single rooms, half board. We got room no. 108 and 111. From both rooms we had a beautiful view across the lake.

The room facilities were perfect. Both rooms were spacious and equipped with a toilet, a shower and a washbasin. Beds where a little bit short for a long Dutchman like me.
The keycard instructions were somewhat confusing. They gave us a small file with two different cards and a small map of the Weissensee district. One card could be used to enter the room or to open and close the safe. The other card was necessary to provide the room with... more
