Third class place. don't pay more than * pe night for this place. they close the shutter at night and if u come late for check in u will have to stand out and bang the shutter and ring the bell whole night and yet they will not open. we reached at 12:30 and were outside with the street dogs barking at us till 1 o clock. they had kept the landline unengaged and we couldn't call it. we tried calling the owner on his phone and he picked after calling 10 times. the bedroom was dirty and the blanket was stinking ..when we were checking out they demanded extra money for an extra person and when we told how bad the behaviour of the staff was they shouted at us and the owner is so short tempered he doesn't know how to talk to a girl and was bout to slap my friend

The location of the hotel is good. 200-300 m from Madikeri Bus Stand. The room and the bathroom is terrible. All the items in the bathroom is broken. There was leakage in the water tap and water log in the bathroom. The flash of WC was broken and you have to struggle hard to lock the bathroom door .There was dust everywhere in the room . It was uncleaned room .But if you are traveling as bachelor and can manage to book this hotel online at Rs 500-600 for 2 pax then you can stay for a night. Else a big NO. Offline price of the hotel is Rs 850 for 2pax which if of no worth. There are many hotels available in and around the bus stand. So its not a problem to get a better hotel unless you are traveling with less luggage. There is No Lift in this hotel. The hotel doesn't allow early check-in if there are plenty of available rooms. The Hotels manager told me, if you are coming in the early morning then you can book the room from one day before.

It wasn't the best hotel I've been so far. The bed was dirty. Under the blanket I found food. You've to ask if you wanna have a hot shower. And I mean I don't mind to not have wifi but when you book the hotel and they write wifi. I expect to have it. In the end it's okay for sleeping but nothing else.

Stayed with my wife and son for a night. The room (No.30) we chose was on the first floor and had a small balcony with french window opening to a moderately busy narrow road with unidirectional traffic. Though not very spacious, the room had all the basic requirements for the 3 of us for a night's rest with an extra bed added. The room had no AC, we did not require one either during this time of the year. Had a very peaceful sleep. The toilet was also neat and tidy with the basic toiletries. The hotel has no restaurant, but there are good ones at a walking distance. It has a secure basement parking for your vehicle too.

We had a comfortable experience at Green Haven. The hotel is centrally located and thus has very easy access to the major tourist places, bus station, restaurants and the shopping street. Rooms are well maintained and the overall fare is a good value for money. The service of the staff is responsive and hospitable. Would like to recommend this for family travellers who are looking for a decent accommodation in Coorg when coming for sightseeing/visiting places.Thank you ! The only suggestion that I have at this point is since the check-in time is around 12pm, it would be great if the hotel can provide the travellers who come early in the morning access to some temporary room for freshening up so that the time can be utilized effectively.

The hotel had been booked for me by make my trip, it was a part of my mysuru -coorg trip. I had asked them to book a budget hotel never realised that MMT would book me such a 3rd class hotel. To start with there was no staff to take my baggage to the room. When I reached the reception there was no one present at the desk my driver had to go searching for the manager. The manager then started asking for the MMT recipt on paper when I showed him it on my tab he did not accept. I then asked the manager to arrange someone to take the baggage to the room. After some discussion a person was arranged, after taking the baggage to the room he demanded 40 Rs I gave him a 50 rs note and he never returned the change. There were no hangers upon asking them they gave me one hanger, no intercom you need to ring a bell to which no one responds, then you have to go down to the reception desk. There was no hot water. The roms were very dirty and there were no dustbins, Also the furniture is in a pathetic condition. I was frustrated on the first day so much that I took my bags and got shifted to Heritage resort so that I could enjoy my remaining holidays.

Best thing about this hotel is it's locations. Hardly 200 meters from Medikeri bus stand. It's nice and decent budget hotel. Washrooms are clean, rooms are decent in size. Staff could be a little better. Only bad thing about this hotel is that you dont find many eating points nearby.
