We had an enggagement ceremony booked on 3rd April. This place hires college students for events who do not hv knowdelege of hospitality service. The glasses offered for drinks in the bar was dirty with dust and cob webds as it was kept for long in storeroom. It was given to us without washing. The refrigerator units are run down and not working. They only hv coolers given by coca cola company. Joy icecream and they switch them on only when we notified them at 10 am. The Bengali manager called Das is more of a waiter running like chicken rather being a efficient manager. Live pasta was cooked in a old aluminium pot pan instead of having two fry pans. The cheese used for pasta was local mozzarella. Pesto sauce tasted like coriander and spinach mix to fool the customers. I hv posted the pictures of his refrigerator and dirty glass. Also the venue balcony has huge 6 honey coamb that are usually in large tree and can cause lot of pain and fever if bitten. This was so unsafe to any guest at the venue. The kitchen has a chest freezer that is piled up with 1 tray after another with no storage or HACCP standards. Poor kitchen quality. Food was average and not a place to go again. Disgusted by their service and unergomic 3 story venue from main event hall, dining area and kitchen. Its painful moving up n down. Shall never recommend or visit this place again.…

I stayed two days in the Crystal Court Hotel ,, the staff was nice and the food was ok ( not bad). Parking is available infront and 24 hours hot water available. Very close to petrol bunk and shops. Though this is the case I would say Hotel needs some improvement (since it is Rs 7199 for two night) eg: the Cot looks to be very old and have noise , they can keep an electric kettle for tea or Coffee at room. but otherwise it is fine for family.

The hotel is situated by the highway. To reach the hotel from the Madikeri bus stand, you could get an Auto-Rick and ask for Hotel "Crystal hall" (known locally by this name). The property is quite big with a lot of open and empty spaces. It has a large Hall for hosting functions. There is nothing plush about this hotel. The room I stayed in was quite big but very basic. The linen were not clean and I had to ask for a replacement which was done. But looks like, it's a problem with budget hotels in the city. The breakfast was decent, the coffee was the only notable thing about my stay. The staff was courteous and we even got a late check-out.

This is a hotel which will provide you best value for money. It is safe for family and kids, and also provides all basic amenities which are nice and clean. It also has pretty good view as most of the rooms are planned on the terrairs and hills all around. It is very close to the Madikeri town if you want to look out for shopping or any other requirements. Breakfast is not that great, but that is the case with almost every restaurant in Madikeri where we had food. So, you would be lucky if you spot a better place. Go with no expectation and you won't be disappointed.

We had booked this place for our wedding reception. The banquet hall is quite big and can fill atleast 500 people in it. The restaurant was average and food was quite good. The staff was warm, supportive and friendly!

1. Decent Hotel. 65-70% value for money. 2. Over expensive food. And the worst part, 60% of the food items mentioned in their menu card is not available. 3. Rooms are good. Clean. Hot water available 24 hours. 4. Its in Coorg and all places are near including the main market and bus stand. 5. Assuming there could be better places to stay than this. 6. Location wise, this place is real good with greenery at behind. 7. No covered parking. But safely you can keep it in front of the hotel itself. 8. Sharing a few clicks.
