Would not recommend! The 'deluxe suite' was tiny, dirty and had a funny smell... The only good thing about this place is the breakfast. more

Rooms are too small. The bathrooms are far too small and very dated. Taps require an effort to turn off. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone trasvelling with small children. more

Having just spent one night recently all I can say about this place is "Don't stay there". We stayed here in May 2009. Great location being directly across the street from the Thermal Pools - and the hotel supplied towels for the pool. We didn't end up staying in this hotel, even though we paid for it, as the staff was so rude. Admittedly I had booked the wrong day - duh!!!, but the grumpy, rude and unhelpful attitude of the person at the front desk person upset us so much that we didn't want to stay.
