We only stayed a night but the hotel situation is lovely and would be great for a family. It has been family run since 1935 and the couple in charge are experienced hoteliers. Service was charming and good throughout and there is some good art in all the public rooms. Our meal was stylish and decent but could have been... More

I am are glad you enjoyed your stay at the Llevant. The hotel has evolved, during the years, from three fisherman houses to its actual structure: some rooms face the side street and some face the sea and the promenade, with balcony or terrace. We are two brothers, Chef and Maitre in the restaurant and one sister in the hotel,... More

We booked 2 standard rooms and we got them. The rooms were small and simple decored with view on the backwards street but clean. For the price and considering that it was not high season they could upgrate us to a better room in the front with view at the sea. Parking is a real problem in Llafranc and especial... More

Having visited Llafranc for the past 14 years it is incredible how the standard of what was once a charming hotel has completely deteriorated. We stopped eating in the restaurant a while ago after 3 bouts of food poisoning and general poor service. On a 3 day break over the weekend it was impossible to even get a drink on... More

We booked this in July 2011 for Aug 2011 after reading the most recent reviews. I expected a small family run hotel in a super location i.e. practically on the beach, which is what we got. But the photos of the bedrooms and the reality of the rooms leaves a huge gap. Our double room with balcony at the front... More

My room was terrible, but it was the last 1 available, and the cheapest in the hotel..however that aside, the staff are friendly, the food very very good, and the bar and outside terrace are the best in this hidden charming little resort. Car parking too which is rare in this small village. Probs the best place to stay if... More

We've eaten at this restaurant many times in the past but unfortunately it's got worse every year we go. This last visit will be the last as it was really poor. The duck was severely undercooked which bled into fruit served with it, the duck was served skin side down in the sauce which made it even more difficult to... More

The best thing about the hotel is the location. However, in my opinion it is too expensive. I would not stay there again More

It's hard to know where to begin. We were given room 302 on the top floor in the middle of the hotel so it had to be the best water view possible. The room is lovely, light, beautiful terrace, fine full bathroom with water pressure I would kill for at home. Each floor has it's own sitting area if you... More
