We had a week a these apartments in March on a KGB deal, and not paying very much did wonder what we had let our selves in for. But it was great! Staff lovely, no timeshare pressure at all (we wernt even bothered) One bedroom apartment was spacious and fully equipped. We were in block 5 facing the pool. Only...

We stayed in the Parque Albatros in May with a family of 2 adults and 2 children. We are regular vistors to the Gulf area of Tenerife and have become used to the low flying airplanes that pass over the area. After a while it becomes normal. The gulf area is safe and clean. We tend to walk everywhere around...

The resort is on a steep incline, hence there are steps in all directions. The staff are friendly and especially Maria, the public relations chief, who made our otherwise impossible stay into a more relaxed one.
Unfortunately our room and our neighbours were ransacked, losing ALL our belongings.
Sally-Ann, the manager, and Maria helped us to partially overcome the inherent...

We have just returned from this attractive venue, and cannot fault it for friendly staff and cleanliness. The gardens, pathways, pools and social areas are very well maintained - and we could see would be ideal for people with children. However, there is no way of avoiding steps in accessing the apartments - even though there are lifts within the...

I went to Royal Parque Albatros with friends for a winter break. It is not for those seeking action packed holidays or any kind of night life, but if you want somewhere quiet, pleasant, near the sea and with the strng likliehood of hot sun in January... it does the trick. Comfortable apartments (although if you are travelling as a...

If we had to pay the full amount based on...

I travelled with a friend for a week and booked via Expedia. We were assured we would get an apartment with two twin beds, it was on our confirmation. When we arrived we were given an apartment with a double beds We complained and were met with a couldn't care less attitude and told that our confirmation was worthless and...

Stayed here in Late November to get some late sun and some time out, was not disappointed.
This complex is made up of apartments, has it's own restaurant, the pool area can get busy.
Our apartment was clean and tidy and we could not fault it. but be warned there are lots of steps !!
The down side is that...

My wife and I stayed in early October. We were allocated an apartment just round the corner from reception on the ground floor (at the top of the resort), which was ideal for carrying luggage, since everywhere else was accessed by steps. This resort would be difficult for anyone with mobility problems, as there are steps everywhere. The pool and...
