I loved Rota its a great town, particularly at night. The hotel is a little dated but the rooms are excellent the cleanliness exceptional and overall a great experience, I speak spanish pretty fluently but found the senior receptionist a little abrupt on most occasions. Overall I can reccomend, great location and a lovely Spanish town. one thing I would... More

Rota has been graced with this beautiful new hotel right on the ocean. There is a wonderful free parking area next to a marina, which is adjacent to the hotel. I haven't been to Rota since the 1960's, and was very nostalgic walking around the small alleyways, along the beachside sidewalk, peeking into the beautiful courtyards, seeing the floats for... More

Stay here at this hotel for six days on business and the service they had was super. I ate outside the hotel within walking distance to La Dolce Vita, Chefs' Restaurante Aleman, and La Parrilla de Juan which have great food to eat. I also had an awesome Sangria at a bar called Honey Don't Cry, just a walk away... More

I stayed 3 nights here in Rota and found the views from this hotel the best. My room was on the 4th floor with has a large terrace with breathtaking views of the sea. The room itself is ok, the bathroom was a bit small. The rooms on the lower floors have larger bathrooms but only a small balcony. The... More

We spent 4 days staying at this beautiful hotel in Rota near Cadiz in February 2012 We had a lovely room on the 4th floor with a large terrace with table, chairs and loungers - a bit too early in the year for sunbathing. Although externally the hotel appears to be quite old it has only been open for about... More

We stayed in an Ocean view room for 6 nights. Enjoyed the sight, smell and sound of the sea seated on our terrace in the winter sun. The thin-walled Room is large and comfortable, the bed is firm and there is a selection of pillows. Probably because of the low season, breakfast was not the same quality as the rest... More

Stayed at the hotel for a week for a business trip... had one of the rooms by the pool side with the beach view. It was wonderful experience! Beds are not that comfy if you're expecting cushioning like Hampton, Embassy Suites or Hilton style but being by the beach side was a great view in the morning. Bathroom was spacious... More

Great hotel right on the beach in Rota, Spain. Easy walking to local restaurants. I had a Junior Suite, which was very large (especially by European standards). More

I have stayed in this hotel 3 times - each experience has been a little different. The rooms on the inside of the hotel by the pool are preferred because of the beauty and the sound of the sea versus sounds of cars/motorcycles/loud people. If you are a light sleeper and you are put in a room near the Irish... More

This hotel is what Rota needed. Outstanding location and staff. We were given an upgrade to a suite overlooking the castle. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of food. The room and accommodations were fantastic. Because we were there off season, parking in the port area wasn't an issue. There is a ferry that runs between Rota and Cadiz... More
