Views from the Lake View rooms are to die for, older style hotel with basic facilities and older style furniture, tiny shower recess, no air-conditioning and if you open the French doors at night bugs come in so the room gets stuffy. Went for 3 nights at the end of September 2011, over a weekend. Flew into Malpensa and had a great drive around the lake, very enjoyable. I can only endorse the previous reviewers views.
